Forest View is a spacious, fully-equipped holiday home for groups of up to 14 people self-catering.

This self-catering accommodation is located on the outskirts of the historic South Shropshire village of Clun, in the heart of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Forest View is an exceptionally spacious house with six bedrooms and four bathrooms two of which are ensuite. The property is equipped and furnsihed to a high standard throughout.

Outside there is a 1/2 acre garden for you to relax in, a double garage and plenty of private parking.

All heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the tariff.

A welcome basket of local dairy produce, eggs, bacon and sausages etc is provided upon your arrival, together with ½ case of mixed red and white wines from across the globe.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room:
This room has a fully fitted kitchen with double electric oven, gas hob, cooker hood , dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer. A breakfast bar, tableware and cutlery for up to 14 people and an iron and ironing board.

Dining Room:
Spacious dining room with wall niche and 8ft double glazed windows which lead onto the main patio area to the front of the property. Large table with 14 chairs.

Drawing Room:
Elegant, spacious, well-lit and well proportioned area for relaxing and entertaining. When combined with the Sitting/Morning Room, it effectively provides a room over 40 ft in length. This room has a niche with integrated feature lighting. Traditional Acanthus leaf plaster work cornice, fire place, dado rail and wall frieze. Sky Television, DVD player. Zoned under floor heating sytem. Ceiling light with fan. Two sliding double glazed doors leading to main patio area. The room contains two 3 seater sofas, one 2 seater sofa, coffee table and lamp tables

An archway from here leads to Morning Room. This continues the aforementioned décor of the Drawing Room, the underfloor heating continues into this area as well. The room again has a ceiling light with fan and contains a 3 seater leather sofa, leather chair

Also on the ground floor are a TV room, bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, family bathroom, shower room and wet cupboard:

WET CUPBOARD - Understair storage cupboard for walking coats etc , plus shelves for walking shoes and boots.

Bedroom 1 which is a double bedroom.
This light and very spacious bedroom has double glazed French windows leading onto a patio area. Hammonds fitted bedroom furniture, bedside cabinets and drawers and dressing table. Ceiling fan with light.

Bedroom 2 which is also a double bedroom
An attractive double bedroom with an eight foot double glazed window, laminate flooring and fitted wardrobes. Ceiling fan with light.

Bedroom 3 sleeps 1 (with extra single bed underneath that can be used for extra person). Two fitted wardrobes, dressing table unit with drawers

Family bathroom: Fully tiled walls and floor, bath with power shower over, folding shower cubicle, ceiling mounted extractor fan over bath

Shower room: Fully tiled walls and floor, fully fitted walk in shower, washhand basin in vanity unit, Wall cabinet and low-level W.C., ceiling mounted extractor fan and sizeable towel radiator

Study/ TV Room: With two easy chairs, desk and Television with Sky multiroom

The other three bedrooms are on the first floor:

Bedroom 4 which is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
Fanlight over bed. Large built-in wardrobe with internal light.

Ensuite Bathroom which features a Spa Bath and double glazed Velux window

Bedroom 5: Sleeps 2 with bunk beds. Built-in wardrobes with internal light, rails and three shelves

Bedroom 6 which is a double bedroom with en-suite shower-room can sleep up to 4.
This bedroom has a double bed and a single bed that has another pull out bed underneath. This bedroom has excellent views over the village and down the Corvedale to the Clee Hills over 25 miles away.

Ensuite Shower Room: Pedestal wash hand basin, velux double glazed window, Power Shower Towel radiator, Matik walk-in stone shower enclosure, swivel mirror, ceiling mounted halogen lights.

OUTSIDE
Outside there is a half-acre garden for you to relax in, with patios and lawned areas, a double garage and plenty of private parking.
